Hands on, Kelly's, Chennai by Ravages
Installment 2 in my series on the hands that move Chennai. I thought I'd do a series on the hands of the really indispensable people of the city. The people who clean up the streets, the people who make the bikes and cars run, the people who just get things done. Not sure I can cover all of them.
